The Natural is cultivated in the farm of "La Loma" in Antioquia, a region known worldwide for the excellence of its coffee plantations, surrounded by the mountains.
As its name suggests, Natural is the result of a so-called "natural" process.
We hand-picked each of the coffee cherries, selecting the ripe ones and then drying them in the sun.
To ensure optimal drying and to avoid fermentation, cherries must be constantly moved, this process usually takes up to 20 days.
The Natural is produced according to the highest quality standards, it is certified by UTZ, Rainforest Alliance, 4C and Fair Trade.
It is recognized as an exceptional coffee, as evidenced by its SCA rating (87 points).
